Whether it was imprinted from my first trip at six weeks old or woven into my spirit long before, seeking out new destinations has always been a part of who I am. I’ve always been a traveler.

In my teens and 20s, travel was about seeking new cities and new experiences — an external adventure. In my 30s, I realized travel wasn’t just about the destination, but the experience of getting there — and that what mattered most wasn’t posting a picture online, but cultivating a deeper awareness within myself.

As my travels turned inward, I began truly wandering. I slowed down and took time to appreciate the experience of getting somewhere. I leaned into the unknown and breathed through the uncomfortable. The more I wandered, the more I learned not only about new places, but about myself.

Today, I know that the more I let myself lean into the unknown (and sometimes uncomfortable) parts of the literal journey, the more I reconnect with who I’ve been, who I am, and who I want to become.

That’s the heart of Wander to Breathe — a space where the movement, stillness, and reflection we encounter through travel guide us back to ourselves.

As you join my journey on the map, I hope you find something in my wanderings and wonderings that invites you to pause, reconnect, and discover a bit more magic in your own life and your travels.

Remember, it’s not about the destination, but who you become along the way.

Lots of love,
Mindy
